    Pilot size 7/32″
    Handle length 2.25″
    May fit other brands of chucks as well, but fitment cannot be verified for other brands, nor is it guaranteed.
    DISCLAIMER:
    The outer sleeve on some older Jacobs chucks may slide forward over time causing a situation where the new chuck key will not seem to fit. This is characterized by the key pilot fitting the hole but the “teeth portion” of the key will seem “too big”.
    This situation is rare but it can occur. If this happens
    your new key is not defective!!
    If this is the case take a small ball pein hammer and tap the outer chuck sleeve back down away from the tip (front end) of the chuck. This will take care of the problem.
    This situation will not be considered grounds for return .
    Returns are accepted if buyer orders in error/wrong size. Used or broken keys are not returnable.
